Hi I’m Courtney, and I’m a Registered Social Worker and (most importantly!) a mom of three.
As a psychotherapist I know how important it is to take care of our own mental health, but as a mom, I know that’s so hard to do! I teach multitasking moms how to combine easy ways to lower their stress, with fun self-care activities- while giving them tools to tackle anxiety and mood issues for the long term. That way, “stress relief” isn’t another thing to add to their to-do list!
